We want you to love your Oiselle gear, but if it's not the right fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unwashed and unworn items. Final sale items and intimate apparel are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the provided menu.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid USPS shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
